RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any unused piece for a full refund.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be:
• Unused, in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
Customized, engraved, or Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Write to SAV.NUVEA@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Within 24 hours, we will reply with the return shipping address
3. Send the package back via the carrier of your choice — we recommend a tracked service
4. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund within 5 business days to your original payment method
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as NUVÉA cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents within 48 hours and write to SAV.NUVEA@gmail.com. In this specific case, we cover the return shipping and arrange a free replacement.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Every NUVÉA piece carries a 5-Year Maison Warranty against manufacturing defects. Write to SAV.NUVEA@gmail.com with a photo — we send a replacement part, arrange a repair, or replace the entire piece at no cost.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original piece and place a new order.
