Colors and details are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations from natural materials or screen settings do not constitute defects. Products are subject to availability.

4. ORDERS & PRICING
Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is complimentary worldwide. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.

5. PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay. Processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store full payment details.

6. SHIPPING & RETURNS
See our Shipping & Returns policy: 30-day return window, 5-year Maison Warranty, complimentary worldwide shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NUVÉA name, logo, designs, photographs, copy, and all site content are the exclusive property of NUVÉA Maison, protected by French and international IP law.

8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, access systems without authorization, scrape with bots, submit false reviews, or resell our products without written consent.

9. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
By submitting a review, you grant NUVÉA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUVÉA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

11. FORCE MAJEURE
NUVÉA is not liable for delays due to events beyond our reasonable control.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Paris. EU consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
