SHIPPING

NUVÉA ships internationally to over 90 countries. Every order is dispatched with care and tracked from departure to delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES
• Europe — 7 to 10business days
• United States, Canada — 7 to 10 business days
• United Kingdom — 4 to 6 business days
• Asia-Pacific — 7 to 12 business days
• Rest of the world — 7 to 14 business days

Orders placed before 12:00 CET (Monday to Friday) ship the same day. Orders after 12:00 ship the next business day.

SHIPPING COST
Complimentary on every order, with no minimum — anywhere in the world. We use DHL Express, Colissimo, and UPS depending on destination.

DUTIES & TAXES
For orders to the US, UK, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Japan, and Singapore — duties and local taxes are calculated and pre-paid at checkout where applicable.

For other countries, recipients may be responsible for local duties and import taxes — contact your local customs office for details.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our atelier. Track in real-time via the link in the confirmation email or your account.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents within 48 hours and write to SAV.NUVEA@gmail.com — we replace at no cost. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days.

RETURNS
For return policy and return shipping address, please write to SAV.NUVEA@gmail.com. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Need to change a shipping address? Write to SAV.NUVEA@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
